We are currently looking for a BIM Change Project Lead for Doka Nordics.
Doka in the Nordics is entering an exciting and challenging time where we are looking to accelerate our development of model- based design (BIM) in our projects. This is a highly prioritized cornerstone in our long- term strategy and is key to our future success. Are you skilled in BIM and enjoy a dynamic and challenging international environment? Do you get motivated by driving changes and making an impact? Then this is the right opportunity for you!

What will you do in this role?
As the BIM Change Project Lead, you will be responsible for the BIM change process in the Nordic countries. This will be done in close collaboration with the local teams and the Corporate BIM Competence Center in Austria. You will work in accordance with the Group and Nordic strategic plans to ensure that we are equipped for the future to meet our targets.
The role is both strategically and operationally oriented. You will be the driving force in accelerating the transition into model- based design in Doka Nordics, including staying up to date on industry trends and developments. You will be involved in setting up the strategy for the change and to execute it, which means that you will have a strong impact on our overall strategy and where Doka Nordics are headed in the future. In doing this you will lead and coordinate a group of appointed expert key users from each country that together with you will be the engine in driving the change process. An important part of this will be to drive the BIM competence and skills development across the Nordic Engineering teams.
The role also consists of hands-on support in selected pilot projects in the Nordics and to dive deeper into technical issues and aspects when needed.
You will report directly to the Initiative Owner.

What do we expect from you?
We see that you have education or training in relevant field. In addition, you have several years of experience in model- based design (Revit, Navisworks & Collaboration Platforms).
You have the ability to manage projects in multifunctional- and cultural teams in an international environment, where you influence stakeholders on different levels of the organization. You are self- driven and result oriented with a strong willingness to learn and further develop into new technologies and tools. Your creativity is high, and you are open to changes and new ideas.
We operate in an international environment, so your English skills are excellent both verbally and in writing. Since the role includes responsibility for the Nordic countries you will have to be based in one of our Branches in the Nordics. You need to be willing to travel between the countries and to the Doka HQ in Austria on a regular basis (30-50%).

Our international environment and presence offer great opportunities for you to develop both professionally and personally. There is nothing that stops you from going abroad, changing field of work or broadening your technical or managerial skills and experience.
We warmly welcome you to become a part of the Doka Family!
