You will be part of the product group HVDC within the Hitachi ABB Power Grids in Ludvika. The HVDC technology has been on the market for the past 60 years and is used to transmit power over long distances with minimal losses, using overhead lines, underground and submarine cable systems. Your responsibilities
Being responsible for the overall operation, maintenance and development of the application including business analysis and roadmap definition.
Being the responsible purchaser for the supplier and ensuring that there is an agreement for management and development of the application.
Being the technical point of contact for different stakeholders.
Ensuring the operation and maintenance of the system.
Carrying out technical security activities
Managing and developing the system within the given framework.
Working towards a cost-effective use of the system.
Ensuring systems administration and support, and that there are procedures in place according to applicable instructions, guidelines and standards.
Establishing routines for monitoring, adjustment of application performance and capacity, and ensuring these are used.
Ensuring that the system and user documentation are updated and available.
Regularly informing the application users on the operating mode and changes.
Ensuring that different users in different categories get needed training.
Leading application related projects.

Your background
As a foundation, you have a minimum of a bachelor’s Degree in engineering /Civil Design or a related field, combined with at least three years of experience in 3D Modelling.
You have deep knowledge in BIM applications, customizations, processes and application usage.
It’s required that you have at least three years of experience from Revit Architecture MagiCAD, Dynamo, AutoCAD and Navisworks, as well as 1-3 years of experience from BIM model and data coordination.
You have a general knowledge of National and International BIM standards.
Experience from BIM implementations is qualifying.
On a personal level, you are a natural leader with a creative mindset, great interpersonal skills and excellent ability to resolve issues.
In this role you need to be self-motivated and work effectively both independently and as part of the team.
It’s important that you communicate well at all levels of the organization and get your messages across in a coherent and clear way.
You need to have a high level of integrity and a results-based orientation.
Fluency in English is required, whereas Swedish and other additional languages are highly valued.
