BIM/DCC Manager

The candidate will be responsible for
Leadership and quality of deliveries for all design and build aspects
Responsible for design delivery.
Coordinate and review technical content of design solutions and corresponding specification regarding DCC and BIM requirements
- Resolve design coordination issues with the design teams both internally and externally.
- Lead BIM/DCC meetings , discussions, coordination and review.
Supervise project members in DCC/BIM process.
- Configure and maintain project CDE and define communication workflow and information.
Minimum requirements
-10+ years' experience in Swedish Infrastructure projects.
- 10+ years working with Municipality and government agency projects in Sweden.
- Worked in multiple large infrastructure projects (100+ million SEK)
as responsible in DCC/BIM.
- Design experience in Infrastructure project.
- Written CAD/BIM requirements for large projects and government agency/municipality's.
-Proficient in ABK,AB
Programming experience.
-CAD experience with modelling.
Experience in Visualization and able to create models.
-Fluent in Navisworks, MicroStation , AutoCAD, SharePoint, Projectwise, PP
- Good communication and personal skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
