Your Challenge: Manage the Customer Service teams in the UK, Nordics, Belgium and the Netherlands Working with the European Customer Service Manager in continuous improvement of planning & controlling, managing change and putting in place working practices in all Northern Europe offices Provide the best possible levels of customer service to our customers Support, coach, build and develop the Order Processing teams in all countries covered by the position Communicate your overview picture of the business with the Customer Service teams in order to implement best practice within the organization Interface with other departments including Europe Logistics, Sales, IT and Finance Your Profile: MSc or BSc or substantial experience working within an international company in a Customer Services management role or managing a shared service centre Experience of handling Customer Service groups for five years, ideally managing remote teams Good system knowledge with the ability to work in large ERP systems Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of other Northern European languages is a plus Strong organizational, communication, coaching and people management skills Your Application: Please send your CV to us by clicking the Apply Now-button[with reference PS/488, interviews will be conducted continuously.
