Bioprocess technician

Do you have experience from mammalian cell culture in an industrial setting? Do you enjoy working in daily production? Our customer offers an innovative and fast-paced work environment with skilled colleagues, all motivated to transform the field of cell therapy.

You will be a part of a small but experienced team working with daily production of macromolecules in human cell lines. This involves working independently with cell culture and protein purification.

This is a consultant assignment with a good chance to get hired by the customer.

Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to:

- Basic cell culture techniques, handling of cells from cell bank to production vessels
- Purification of biological macromolecules, filtration and chromatography
- Media preparation / buffer preparation and filtration
- Performing molecular biology and analytical methods, such as electrophoresis, Western blot, spectrophotometry and PCR
- Taking care of lab ware, washing and autoclaving
- Assist with handling of raw materials, receipt and inventory
- Documentation of completed tasks in batch records and logbooks
- Preparing and updating procedures and work instructions
- Performing maintenance work on equipment
- Work is conducted in accordance with internal instructions and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
Work experience from mammalian cell culture
Work experience from upstream and/or downstream processes in pharmaceutical or biotech production
Good knowledge of oral and written English
Good documenting skills

Meriting:
Experience from biotechnological production of proteins
Experience from clean rooms or aseptic working technique
Experience from working according to GMP
Good knowledge of oral and written Swedish
