Biotechnologist

We are currently looking to hire a Biotechnologist with a BSc or MSc to our lab in Lund with a background in Biotechnology or similar field. The position as main responsible for the laboratory and equipment requires you to be able to work independently. You will be supported by a lab technician and report directly to our CEO Dr. Peter Falck.
Working tasks can include:
Recombinant protein production and purification
Enzymatic characterization
Optimizing enzymatic reactions
HPLC analysis
Running molecular dynamic calculations
About Cyclezyme:
Cyclezyme develops enzymes for plastic recycling. The enzyme we developed can break down plastic into its monomeric form which can be recovered and used again to produce new plastic in a circular fashion. Recycling more plastic waste will reduce greenhouse gas emissions and reduce environmental pollution.
