Internationella Engelska Skolan Uppland Väsby (F-9) is opening in August 2020. We are now seeking a driven and goal-orientated Assistant Principal to join our leadership team full time in August 2020.
The Assistant Principal will lead the school forward in pastoral affairs. You will design and implement behavior and welfare systems in the school, enabling teachers to teach and students to learn. As part of the school leadership team you will work closely with the Principal and Academic Manager and have responsibility for the Student Care Team.
The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking leader and positive role model, with the ability to inspire both students and staff. They will be autonomous and follow through with school policies and their own ideas. They will be a strong presence around the school and always will be visible.

Desired Qualifications/Experience
- Experienced education professional from either abroad or Sweden.
- Experience of working to resolve complex student issues as Head of Year or in the Student Care Team
- Excellent reference from current Principal as prerequisite
