Biträdande rektor/Assistant Principal

This is an exciting role for a high-potential Assistant Principal to join an excellent school in a growing company. It is a highly visible leadership role with big expectations.

The Assistant Principal (Pastoral) is a newly created role to lead the school forward on pastoral affairs. You will build upon and implement behavior and welfare systems in the school, enabling teachers to teach and students to learn. You will work closely with the Assistant Principal 7-9, Academic Manager and Student Care Team

The position an Assitant Principal is vital to the success of the school. The Assistant Principal helps coordinate all aspects of the school's activities; in particular the pastoral and student care policy implementation. The candidate will be responsible for managing the staff and students on a daily basis and must therefore have a genuine interest in working with a wide range of people.

IES Liljeholmen is located by Telefonplan and is a year 4-9 school of approximately 930 students from the fall of 2017.
