We are looking for a person who is constantly seeking for opportunities to develop the daily work, i e "look at every problem as an opportunity".You will be part of a relative newly established team within Maersk Line, called Process Excellence.The team consists of experienced Process Excellence persons and persons earlier in their Process Excellence journey but with lots of Shipping Business knowledge.The team is responsible for the region deployment and implementation of an Innovation & Continuous Improvement mindset.To be able to succeed in this work we have chosen to work with well proved tools and methods based on Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen.You are, of course, already used to work in this kind of organization and have a Black Belt certification.The position is located at the Maersk NEU (Northern Europe) regional head office located centrally in Gothenburg.Main responsibilities: - Execute business implementation master plans across areas and functions with a practical change management approach and with constant focus on value adding activities.- Coach Green Belts in the Northern Europe Region - Adherence to project strategy and methodology and ensure that project does not drift away from original goals and business objectives.- Define success criteria together with project group.- Ensure completion of projects and maintenance of sustainable results by tracking, coaching, follow up and support where needed.
