Ready to shape tomorrow`s society together with us?
Does being part of something entirely new and innovative sound exciting to you, please continue reading. We are bringing to market a next-generation open platform for the transport and logistics industry. Our Platform is designed to address the inefficiencies in the industry and contribute to sustainable transport solutions.
We are a small effective team that are ready to tackle the big challenges we have ahead of us. As we are a start-up inside the Volvo Group, we are looking for hands-on, creative, “roll up your sleeves” individual that will help us build our business. We are highly dynamic and flexible and believe that diversity is a key strength. We have ambitious plans for our platform and services, and we need your help!
We utilize Web3 concepts and technologies like blockchain Hyperledger fabric in order to deliver a next generation platform that enables trust, transparency, security and data ownership.
What we are looking for
Starting immediately, we are looking for a blockchain support engineer to help us to define, design and deliver platform support. Our customers need our assistance in various fields, ranging from platform onboarding to ongoing support for established customers. We want to take advantage of the current technology shift to increase the digitalization and automation in the operational support, but without compromising on the quality to our customers.
As any network platform, efficiently onboarding many new members is an essential key to success. Our goal is to have the solution include online tools and information as well as interactive support. Ideally, we will continue to refine the tools to the point where customers can onboard and execute by themselves – leaving the operations team to handle the real challenges and continuously improve the base support offering.
Communication is one of the most important requirements of the role. Communication is a two-way street; listening to and understanding our customers’ needs is the primary focus, then our ambition is to come back to them with proposals on fast solutions and ideas to handle their questions, challenges and suggestions. This also includes discussions on future products and features.
What you will do:
We are looking for someone who is prepared to learn the support process by doing, and is committed to transform the learnings made, to create the best support process and support tools.
You will also develop the support tools that we use (customer portal, developer guidelines, wiki, instructions videos, chat robot). Moreover, you will:
Support members in onboarding to the platform
Support members in Connecting to the platform via APIs
Capture and resolve platform issues
Capture and report enhancement requests
The operational support is a blank canvas. This is an opportunity to come in and make your mark. The rest of us are here to help you grow and succeed.
Growth potential
We are a new business inside the Volvo Group, developing a unique concept and business in the logistic industry. If the drive and interest is there you will be given the opportunity to take on other exciting roles down the road, such as product owner or digital service developer.
Who you are
We believe that you, just like us, want to get things done and like the flexibility and variety of working in a smaller team with a broad scope. To make a match with us you must be a team player, communicative, proficient in English and have a skill set so you can perform the support and do some of the development yourself.
Our ideal candidate is:
Excited to be part of something new and industry leading
Enjoys being in an ever-changing business environment where the limits of the business concept and technology are constantly challenged and re-worked.
Eager to learn about the business of digital logistics and blockchain technology.
