Role Overview:
We are looking for a Blow Moulding/Injection Moulding Field Engineer to provide engineering support and work on the improvement of our manufacturing processes [Blow moulding, Jerrycan, and IBC lines] in our EMEA facilities. This is a great opportunity to travel to our facilities (at least 50%) where you will gain experience of the different assembly lines and environments.
Typical areas of work include project management, product performance testing, and the improvement of processes and systems that will contribute to the increase of plant efficiency. These projects will have a focus on new and existing equipment, components, and parts to enhance and standardize our drum and IBC-making process. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where you will work with and learn from our industry experts.

Typical Accountabilities:
· Develop and optimise Jerrycan and IBC manufacturing process in response to new products or process requirements. Improve or modify existing equipment or processes.
· Provide technical guidance and support (RCPS, trouble shooting, kaizen events, process training) for the Greif drum and IBC manufacturing facilities
· Prepare equipment specifications and order equipment.
· Provide project co-ordination and assist with equipment / process installation, start-up and troubleshooting as required, verify that the delivery meets performance criteria and that sound practises are applied.
· Monitor & drive vendors and customers to ensure that progress, deliverables, and sound practices are applied. Plan and drive project schedules
Requirements:
· Further study in related engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering)
· Practical knowledge on pneumatics, hydraulics, and machine safety
· General engineering knowledge and extensive experience in Blow moulding, Jerrycan and/or IBC making process.
· Hands-on mentality with practical experience in machine start-up and debugging
· Fluent in English
· Willingness to travel at least 50%
