In this position, you will join a passionate team that is driven by creating an even more sustainable product which will make a significant impact for Northvolt and the transition towards a greener future.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement a comprehensive blueprint for the construction and commissioning of our factories, incorporating lessons learned from previous factory projects
Re-thinking the entire process introducing revolutionary concepts to maximize CAPEX and optimize time to market
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, and operations, to identify relevant lessons, best practices, and processes that can be applied to the new factory
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective collaboration and integration of the lessons learned into the construction and commissioning process
Provide guidance and support to the construction and commissioning teams, sharing best practices, methodologies, and knowledge
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction phases
Facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and training programs to disseminate lessons learned and promote continuous improvement in construction and commissioning practices.
Identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities based on previous experiences and propose mitigation strategies and solutions to optimize construction and commissioning outcomes.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to document and update the factory's blueprint throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring it reflects the evolving needs and requirements of the construction and commissioning process.
