BNP Paribas Cardif provides insurance solutions on the Nordic markets through banks, finance and insurance companies. The largest product group is creditor insurance. The objective for the BNP Paribas Cardif Nordic group is to create long-term relationships with its partners, and the business model optimizes each step in the value chain to create and continuously increase customer and partner value.

We are now searching for a Project Manager to our office in Gothenburg. As we have created a Project Management Office to steer all the projects of our company. They include the implementation of new products distributed by our partners, service digitalisation to our end customers and partners, efficiency projects through automation of our processes, regulatory projects (such as IFRS or GDPR) and many more.

We are seeking a project manager to steer the Project Management Office, improve our project management methodology, run some projects and manage the team.

Project manager responsibilities:
Manage the lifecycle of projects from the requirements gathering, piloting development, testing… to the final delivery
Ensure that each release respects the quality, cost and planning criteria
Plan and coordinate the tasks between all actors, within BNP Paribas Cardif and with suppliers
Pilot and follow up the projects’ budget, timelines and risks
Drive internal resources availability and time allocation
Manage the relationship with the suppliers
Maintain our project portfolio
Lead the project team
Continuously improve our methodology



Skill requirements
Educational background - preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
Strong experience in Project Management at least five years
Proven background in Information Technology (development, infrastructure, architecture…)
Experience from Team Management
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office suite
Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English
Strong planning, organizing and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Excellent analytical skills



Notes
Project Manager will;
Be trained on a project methodology defined by our Corporate
Run project review board to our Nordic Executive Committee
Present regularly project updates to our Corporate
Have to be involved in some tasks as we are a small organization
