About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Product Development Leader within Board Design in PDU Radio, to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a leader, you will guide, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations and be a mentor for them. You will foster a creative and learning culture.

Who are proactive and will work to remove impediments that our design team will meet. Who are flexible and can adapt your mentorship/leadership style as it is suitable for the team and the development phase of the project. We also believe that you are a person with excellent skills to drive technology implementation and product leadership.
What you will do
Be a vital part of the Board Lead section, which is responsible for the design and release of radio boards in Main Remote-, Massive Mimo- and mmWave- segments.
Secure Board release according to time-schedule. Define and plan the team activities and align with other team leaders towards the overall radio project schedule.
Lead your team through requirements, design, bring-up, verification and product ramp-up.
Secure a robust and reliable product via a good understanding of the design and planning for required testing.
Work in close collaboration with sourcing, supply and technical specialists.
You will be joining an experienced team of product development and technical leaders within Board Design where you will have the opportunity to work with PCB solutions that are pushing the technology evolution. There will also be opportunities to drive technology development projects, perform troubleshooting, drive continuous improvements of products and processes and develop your competence in the technical domain and as a leader.
You will bring
A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent
5 years of work experience from product development
A demonstrated ability in leading teams and team building
A dedicated, proactive and results-oriented attitude and adapt critical thinking
A problem-solving attitude together with a creative and innovative approach
Solid understanding of radio development and the corresponding challenges
Experience in electrical design and/or PCB design
Experience of working in a collaborative environment
Coaching and mentoring skills
Good business understanding and customer insight
Strong presentation skills and proficiency in English
Experience in SW development is an advantage
