THE ROLE - WHAT WE NEED
You will be a part of Yabie’s Operations team and specifically the boarding and installations team where we need to strengthen with a customer focused installation agent with a doer mentality.
You have experience in installation on site and are technically savvy. You love helping the customers and to work in a high pace environment with a doer attitude. The work will to high extent be out and about at with our customers.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS - WHO YOU ARE
- Tech-savvy and experience from installation and network related questions
- Extremely Service minded that always makes the best for the customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking english. Other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office/similar programs and preferably case handling and/or CRM-systems
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time and work in a high pace environment
- Experience from the Point-Of-Sales industry or payments/fintech in general is a big plus
- Driving license is required
