About the position
We are now looking for a proactive and customer oriented Local IT Support Manager to our Nordic IT Support. You will be responsible for a team of three employees located in Sweden, Norway, and Finland and together you will deliver excellent IT Support to our employees. Besides from the managerial responsibility you will work operationally with Local IT Support and Service Desk providing technical assistance on questions and issues related to hardware, software, network, and applications.

The position is based at our Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
Some of your duties
- Full managerial responsibility for the Nordic Local IT Support team.
- Act as first point of contact regarding technical issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests, in our ticket management system as well as onsite and over phone using remote access.
- Taking ownership of support issues and seeking closure ensuring all relevant support procedures are followed.
- IT hardware procurement for offices and construction sites.
- Setting up and taking down IT equipment and network for new or completed construction sites.
About You
We believe that you have a few years of experience from a position within IT Support, preferably with some sort of leadership experience. You now wish to develop as a leader but still want to work operationally with IT Support.
As a person you are well organized, communicative and could work independently. You have great coordination skills, works proactively, and have experience of delivering excellent customer service.
Furthermore, we believe that you have:
- A relevant education within the IT area
- Good knowledge in Office 365, Windows 10 client, Active Directory, printers, and network
- Good knowledge of English and Swedish
- Driver’s license
