To our daughter company Language Study Centres Ltd (LSC) in Manchester, England we are looking for a Bookkeeper & Administration Assistant. The Bookkeeper & Administration Assistant will be responsible for General administration and bookkeeping support. Language Study Centres Ltd offers fully inclusive residential and homestay language courses for 10 - 18 year olds in destinations in Britain and Ireland during the summers. Duties: -To assist LSC Accounting Manager in managing the Summer centre bookkeeping. -Updating the Student Booking System with student details etc. -To assist the Managing Director with managing as well as programme and venue bookings for Spanish MEC groups. -To monitor and log Actual Student Number check and Meal Logs for each centre after group arrivals. -To answer the telephone, send faxes, distribute and administrate the daily office post and deal with general enquiries when necessary. -To assist with the logging of specific information on the computer in order to keep records updated for invoicing purposes and other. -Other administrative tasks Necesary Requirements: Computer literate. Knowledge and experience in finance. Experience in Powerpoint useful but not necessary. Knowledge of Spanish or Italian useful but not necessary. We seek to find a person who has experience in administrative tasks, is used to work under pressure and who has knowledge in finance. You must be willing to work a lot and handle pressure well. Appropriate training will be provided in LSC procedures where necessary.
