BPM Sustainability

Are you up for a challenge? Would you like to drive Business Programs with high strategic importance in the context of HSE, Sustainability and Circular Economy?
We are hiring a new position to our Stenungsund location and looking for you who can develop and manage several teams involved in the different parts of the programme and sub-projects in a multi-functional and multi-cultural context.
The Business Programme Manager (BPM) is responsible for medium and complex Business Programs with high strategic importance for Stenungsund Location in the context of HSE, Sustainability and Circular Economy. You will oversee all aspects of the program from the set up phase until completion or handover (to e.g. the execution phase of the investment).
We need you who understands the Programs context, stakeholder requirements and can influence and translate it to define and detail the program objectives in a realistic but challenging way.
As our BPM you will also be responsible for qualitative reporting and communication towards our Steering Committee with respect to:
Scope definition, resource requirements and impact on cost (fixed cost or investment)
Progress versus project plan including deviations and corrective actions
Risk analysis and development of mitigation actions

About you
We believe you are the right person for us if you have a university degree within chemistry or equal, minimum 5 years’ experience of complex project management and agile enough to adapt our project plans at different stages. You need to have knowledge and experience of manufacturing and business environment, understanding of our industry, our suppliers and our customers. You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
We expect from you to have a clear and structured communication, since you will be the person who keeps all participants & stakeholders informed. In this role, you will be a key figure in internal and external networks. Your strategic mindset, ability to influence and collaborate will help us reach our goals.
