Braathens Regional Airlines (BRA) is a largely domestic airline in the starting pits of an expanding charter operation. Now, we are searching for a new colleague to join our Engineering department as our new Fleet Office Engineer. Are you a motivated and analytical teamplayer curious to join in our endeavor to reach a net-zero operation for our domestic flights in 2030 and our international flights in 2045?
You might be our next Fleet Office Engineer if you also view sustainability as a natural part of your work. In your role, you will continuously evaluate the organization’s processes and propose changes where relevant. As BRA’s next Fleet Office Engineer, you should be thorough, results oriented and always acting in a professional manner. A natural analyst like you are used to analytical reasoning related to process and value chain systems. You have strong business acumen and experience within development of lean processes and change management in complex environments.
In the position, you will work closely with your colleagues within your own team and with other departments. You posess an ability to build and develop strong stakeholder relationships, both internal and external. We believe you to be a natural at building trust to influence and make change.In your role as Fleet Office Engineer, some of your responsibilities include:
Promoting safety, sustainability and efficiency in operations.
Reporting safety, security and other risk related hanzards and occurrences. You will also suggest improvements in the internal reporting system or directly to senior management.
Liaising with authorities, manufaturers and other relevant external stakeholders related to responsibilites of the position.
Continuously evaluating you and the organization’s work to montitor and report applicable SPIs and KPIs
As Fleet Office Engineer you will take corrective action dealing with Occurrence Reports on quality audits. You will maintain routine contact with stakeholders and entities concerning assurance of the montioring and reporting part of the management system. You will be expected to perform risk assessments in accordance with the company management system.
Our future Fleet Office Engineer is used to collecting and analyzing flight data to identify trends and insights in the field of carbon and fuel efficiency performance. You will support the FDM Manager and the EFB Administrator in administrative matters where needed. In your work you will keep up to date with developments within the Sustainable Aviation Fuel sector. In addition, the role entails ensuring efficient monitoring, verification and preparation of the reports of emissions in ETS and CORSIA.We view the following skills as requirements for the role:
Proven administrative skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
Comprehensive knowledge in civil aviation regulations, standards, and recommended practices (EASA. ICAO, IATA).
Previous experience delivering on KPIs and SPIs.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with individuals and groups, ensuring effective flow of information in terms of awareness and understanding.

The position is based in Bromma, Stockholm and will include traveling.
The position is a permanent full-time position with a 6-month probationary period. Starting date is by agreement.
