Brand Activation Manager

We are finalizing a new brand platform for Sandvik and in order to implement and follow it through, we are now looking for a Brand Activation Manager who can help us to achieve the required consistency. The Brand Management team is open minded, communicative and enthusiastic, working on our individual tasks and utilizing our strengths by supporting and helping each other. Contact and cooperation with our different units´ Marketing Communication/Communication/Branding teams globally is very important, in order to get lasting and cohesive results.

We are now looking for a Brand Activation Manager who wants to be a part of a dynamic group and responsible for the future brand experience within Sandvik as well as it?s governance. The location for this position is Stockholm.

Key performance areas
As Brand Activation Manager you will develop and lead Sandvik brand experience at experience-based touch points and related behavior. This includes following through Sandvik brand strategy and platform at Sandvik premises globally and be responsible for branding guidelines for corporate exhibition, event and promotional concepts and on promotional items. Specific responsibilities for this role include to:
- Develop and implement concepts for brand experience at Sandvik premises - interior and exterior
- Develop plans for brand experience integration at acquired entities where integration or co-branding is to take place
- Develop exhibition and event concepts for both the main, permanent corporate exhibition and local adaptations of the same, as well as virtual exhibitions
- Establish and maintain a sound concept and global coverage for promotional items and promotional campaigns

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in Communication or Marketing, preferably with a focus on event marketing, and at least five years´ experience in developing and implementing brand management concepts. You have experience in developing and setting up exhibitions/events/promotions and in working with virtual exhibitions/promotions for international/global companies. Furthermore, you have good experience from brand-based communication and project management. Good communication skills and fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a requirement for this position. Good skills in Swedish are advantageous, as is experience of working in and with different cultures and across different organization layers including management teams.

Other preferred competencies are good project leading skills, and the ability to set up trade shows/exhibitions and to create concepts and follow through on them. You also have good interpersonal skills and a good understanding of organizational structures. Your working style is characterized by flexibility, creativity, customer focus and being business minded.
