Seeking a Brand and Sales Consultant to help us not only grow our business, but also to help grow our brand so that we can bring the best sleep in the world to more and more people.
Position Overview:
We are on a mission to improve people’s quality of life and in doing so, we have created the position Brand and Sales consultant. You serve as the face and ambassador of the brand locally for Hästens store in Gothenborg. In this role you are responsible for manage and handle activities such as communications, events, and content creation for clients, network and community locally. The Brand and Sales Consultant work through different network of contacts and have a entrepreneurial way of working. The goal is that all activities should lead to increased sales for the local store.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The mission of this position is to increase sales revenue for the store by grow and maintain a strong client base. You will also participant in the daily operations of the store, about 30 percent of a full-time job. Key duties and responsibilities for this role are:
Manage all social media platforms for the brand and the store locally
Define and handle different events for potential and existing clients
Build and manage the local influencer program
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting network
Identify brand and sales growth opportunities locally
Understand a customer’s needs and interacting to ensure client satisfaction
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Collect customer feedback on a regular basis
Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins and own all phases of the experience from initial contact through delivery
Represent the Hästens lifestyle brand through professionalism and passion
Oversee and manage event budgets

Experience and Requirements:
Knowledge and passion for luxury brands
A natural relationship builder
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects/events at one time, and consistently meet deadlines
Self-motivated and resourceful – sees a need and creates a solution
Sales driven, goal oriented, and have a passion for the client experience
Flexibillty of working hours
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must understand the mindset of a luxury clientele
Prior sales experience working with relationship based sales
Experience executing events across varying audiences, segments and channels
Education in event management, marketing, communications or business preferred
Understanding and interest in using social media in order to strengthen brands and products
