Brand & Communications Project Manager

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Brand & Communications Project Manager to drive quality brand and communications projects in our global Brand & Communications team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate various branding and communication initiatives across ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems. You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure that our brand is consistently represented and effectively communicated to our audiences.
What responsibilities will you have as our Brand & Communications Project Manager?
· Project manage, implement, measure, and report on branding and communication projects and initiatives
· Coordinate and implement brand and communication guidelines
· Manage the ASSA ABLOY divisional content in the brand portal, media bank, stationary portal, and merchandise shop
· Serve as the go-to person for brand and communications platforms and provide user administration support
· Coordinate and follow up on brand transition projects
· Coordinate brand and communications concepts and campaigns and brand photo projects
· Support employer branding projects in coordination with HR
· Create communications content such as articles, newsletters, videos, campaigns, training sessions, webinars, and internal/external activities
· Support with intranet communications
· Coordinate communication with internal Brand & Communication network, forums, meetings, and channels.
The skills and experience you need:
· University degree in business administration, marketing, communications studies or similar
· 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and communications, with a focus on project management
· Proven track record of successful project delivery, including budget and timeline management
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
· Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
· Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating with external partners and agencies
· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
· English is our business language, so a high professional level of written and spoken English is necessary.
· Familiarity with social media content creation
· Expertise in using project management tools and software
· Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite and good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
You are a self-going team player with speed and engagement. You need to be flexible and open-minded to new ideas and have the ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment without losing track of priorities.
You are comfortable communicating with different target groups and can build networks, both externally and internally.
We are working in with a lot of flexibility, and the position will be partially based in Landskrona, Sweden, with the option to work from our office in Malmö, Sweden.
You will report to the Director of Brand & Communications at the ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems division, Andrea Bodecker.
