THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
Your main focus in this role will be to build a consistent and locally relevant brand tone of voice for our Sweden market through collaborative work with key global functions, such as Brand Communications & Digital (including CRM).
You will be part of our fantastic Swedish Brand & Activism team, working closely with our global copy team based in London to ensure you are “plugged in” to the overall business strategy and accountable to the brand communication priorities/tone of voice. Transcreation scope includes website content, emails, PR, key training materials, printed store materials, and key digital marketing assets.
Translate and transcreate centrally developed content, with a focus on impactful storytelling while ensuring brand consistency (style, quality and tone of voice).
Strengthen local brand voice: create inspiring copy content on all local campaigns, collaborating with the wider Brand & Activism teams.
Ensure localization of materials is holistic across channels and touchpoints
Secure relevant and correct to market product descriptions and product claims.
Raise any translation queries or concerns on copy lines in relation to legal & technical matters.
To support the global Performance marketing team, on all content that is briefed into the media agency.
Have a strong working relationship with the global copy team, to provide early input on copy direction.
To collaborate and contribute to marketing & campaign planning process in line with timelines and priorities.

You are creative and agile with a strong attention to detail.
Able to plan and organise key projects on their own, working to plan and respecting key deadlines.
Fluent in Swedish and excellent English communication skills; verbal and written
Always open to learning and embraces and supports change


IDEAL EXPERIENCE
Communications degree preferred
2+ years’ experience working with communications, preferably in a fast-moving business or agency environment.
Experience from working in Lifestyle / Beauty business or media is preferable. Maybe you have experience from copy writing or as an editor, content creator or blogger?

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: 6 months' probation period followed by a permanent employment. Full time 40 hours/week
