About the role
In collaboration with the Brand Manager you will set the course for some of the world’s most relevant brands - getting ahead of cultural trends, adapting to entertainment demands and meeting fans where they are.
You will work internally alongside the Brand Manager with Paradox Interactive product teams to support video game development, as well as externally with video game studios and with licensing partners in Film & TV, Tabletop Roleplaying Games, Board Games, Card Games, Books/Audiobooks and more.
This role requires a strong ability to work with decentralized teams and influence creative decisions from a high-level. Therefore, stakeholder management is key to this position.
Requirements
5+ years experience working as a creative director or cross-discipline creative with story and/or global brands or in entertainment
Proven experience developing story brands.
Creative experience working with decentralized teams or as a licensor/licensee is a significant advantage.
Experience working in multiple entertainment industries or multiple media is a plus
