Job Description
As the Brand Design Lead, you will be responsible for bringing our brand identity and expression to life through captivating visual compositions. Using typography, imagery, color, film, and form, you will effectively communicate ideas to our audience. Your role will involve continuously updating our design direction in alignment with our strategic objectives, ensuring our brand stays relevant and compelling.
Your responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:
Guide and lead the creative team within Brand ID & Design on a daily basis and within projects.
Responsible for driving projects when called for and planning internal/external resources to deliver on project scope.
Responsible for adapting to new laws and regulations in our Brand Design, e.g., Norwegian and French retouch regulations.



Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a background in creative work and leading creative teams, coaching them through complex projects. You translate marketing and brand strategies into impactful creative expressions, elevating the customer experience and drive tangible results. Proven ability to work cross-functionally, influencing and persuading internal stakeholders and senior management as well as guiding external partners in aligning with the brand identity across multinational markets.
We see that you have:
Extensive experience in brand design, creative direction, and managing large-scale projects for international consumer brands.
Experience managing creative and strategic agencies, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Several years of experience in leadership with staff responsibility, leading and coaching creative teams.
Extensive experience and expertise in brand identity and brand strategy development.
Extensive experience in design, text, and visual composition.
Proven track record of working with international fashion brands.
