What will you do
- Responsible for setting up, maintaining and managing the online store and brand channels
- Setting the look and creative vision for the brand and constantly be in-the-know of currency trends and developments
- Lead the team of several departments, including: studio, photo, video, merchandising, editorial, webdesign, customer care, as well as overseeing model bookings for each gender and size range
- Guide the growth and expansion of eCommerce
- Leading and developing all branding activities
- Leading and developing the eCommerce branding channels: website, social media, newsletters, influencer collaborations, copywriting including product, material, sustainability and all other descriptions, etc
- Responsible for the ongoing look and feel of branding channels
- KPIs and budget planning for each branding channel
- Content strategy and development/Content launches and weekly/monthly/yearly plan
- Campaigns and product development
- Responsible for CR, BR and AOV and sales through the store
- Plan marketing expansion campaigns in cooperation with CMO
- Acting as a project manager and liaison for other departments for improving the business


What background would fit best for this role
- 7+ years experience in fashion industry in a management position
- Experience in a start-up is essential
- Proven track of successfully driving brand look and feel
- Proven track record of successful CR, BR and AOV results
- proven track record of continuously meeting targets
- Extensive knowledge of eCommerce business and leading a brand's vision
- Strong experience creating and leading global branding campaigns for short and long term
- Previous experience leading content departments: studio, photography, merchandising and editorial content
- Experience successfully working and launching influencer campaigns on different levels
- Proven track record of delivering sales and KPI results
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Flexible and a team player with a can-do attitude


- Experience with Art Direction and WebDesign
- Experience with Creative Direction
- Experience with Copywriting
