We are an experienced company for consumer-centric products and we aim to get our company to the next level.
That is why we are looking for someone who will not only see our product and company with a 360 view but will come from outside to be able to give it a signature not seen before. We are looking for a person who loves to be challenged and thinks outside of the box.
The best candidate will come from a creative background, have worked in a digital industry as well as in brick-and-mortar stores, and has had experience inspiring customers through global campaigns. The person who deeply understands consumers and their ever-changing behaviour, knows different markets and how to give a growing company the brand signature it needs in order to appeal to different consumers globally.
Main tasks would include:
. Lead the R&D and Marketing departments
. Cooperate closely with Head of Sales, CFO and Operations Manager
. Understand the consumer base and behaviour and our current branding
. Re-think and create a brand strategy that will take the company to the next level
. Work with Head of Sales and Marketing team to manage and scale our online and offline communication
. Guide the consumer reach growth and brand awareness strategy
. Work with a CFO to create a tangible yearly budget plans
. Work with the R&D department on the product development that best serves our customers
. Analyse and create plans for entering new markets
. Create and lead the global branding campaigns, both online as well as on-location
. Be the lead in driving alignment and cooperation within the company
. Give back to the community and create partnerships that help support our company's mission in spreading heath and joy
. This role reports directly to the CEO
Experience that would be essential:
. 10 years experience in a leadership role
. Minimum 7 years leading a brands vision and strategy
. Minimum 7 years leading successful creative teams
. Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce as well as brick-and-mortar stores
. Experience creating and executing out-of-the-box brand ideas and branding campaigns
. Excellent in meeting KPI goals
. A rock-star in consumer-centric approach
. Experience creating and leading strong teams
. Excellent English as it is our working language
