We’re now recruiting a Brand Engagement Specialist to steward the Aurobay brand inside and outside the business. This is a vital role as Aurobay establishes a global profile in the powertrain industry.

You’ll be a part of a growing team and report directly to Head of Communications and Public Affairs, located in Gothenburg. You will work in close collaboration with your colleagues in Gothenburg, Skövde and China and alongside external stakeholders to increase awareness of the Aurobay brand, and represent the Aurobay brand internally and externally. You’ll build on the existing brand platform to drive engagement, maintain and develop the brand and evolve it for the future in line with Aurobay’s business strategy.

Main tasks

- Brand activation and management
- Brand guardianship
- Evolution of future direction of the brand
- Agency and supplier management
- Project management
- Stakeholder engagement
- Cross-functional and cross-group collaboration
- Brand asset development
- DAM system management
- Communications planning
- Overall brand support to the organization


Qualifications and personality

- A Masters’ degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
- 3+ years of working in brand, marketing or communications roles
- Background in innovation and entrepreneurship
- Experience in B2B and employer branding
- International experience or exposure
- Tech/medtech/automotive industry background is preferred.
- Experience in PPT is a plus
- Proficiency in English, both verbally and written. Swedish and/or Chinese is highly desirable.


To be successful in this position, you need to be a results-oriented self-starter with a flexible mindset. You’ll combine customer focus and a passion for brand and innovation, with a flair for detail. You’ll excel at teamworking and have a proven track record of building good relationships across every level of a business, including the C-suite.
