THE OPPORTUNITY
To help us achieve our dream, we need your help! This new category of products allow us to face the spirit of a fast growing product embedded in a controlled environment of a global company. Because of the dynamic of this new reality, our brand management team located in Stockholm is looking for a Brand Executive to support the portfolio team with driving key strategic commercial projects and enhance the brand experience for our IQOS users. The role will require the ability to both be driving the strategic outset as well as hands-on implementing the projects in close collaboration with the deployment teams and external stakeholders.
You are an ambitious and innovative marketer that will bring an expertise and energy to the team. You can independently drive project, are socially confident and value teamwork. A motivated self-starter that want to learn and grow within PMI will have success in this role!
You will among other things be responsible for:
· Develop and propose IQOS brand marketing initiatives in accordance with defined objectives and strategy to achieve annual as well as short- and long-term goals
· Support Head of Portfolio RRP Nordics with new product launches and further product deployment and activation. Evaluate progress on the objectives on a regular basis
· Manage agencies by providing clear briefs, outlining strategy, what must be accomplished, the scope of assignments and project timelines
· Build & maintain an excellent relationship with business partners, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
· Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure consistent brand communication across all channels
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· A university degree within Marketing, Business or similar
· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in business and consumer focus functions (marketing, research, strategic planning) preferably in an FMCG industry
· Experience from working in a multinational company
· Fluent in English, and if you are fluent in any Nordic language that is a plus
· Action & details oriented; strong analytical, collaboration and problem-solving skills; fast learner with ability to manage multitasking; concise communicator
