Join us on our journey towards a fossil free future. In our Communications department we are looking for a Brand Insights Manager!
Within the Communications department, the Brand team manages the brand equity of Vattenfall’s portfolio in line with the Corporate brand strategy and purpose, with the overarching goal to add value to Vattenfall’s commercial results. The Brand team sets the strategic direction for Vattenfall’s brands to build an internationally coherent brand, suitable for all our target audiences.
Your tasks and responsibilities
You have the overall responsibility to collect and interpret primary and secondary research, and provide recommendations on the direction of current and future markets. You will serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner in how we strategize and implement the Vattenfall brand.
Key responsibilities include:
• Responsible for Brand diagnosis and research planning
• Brand and performance tracking
• Reputation research
• Reporting and analysis, create dashboards
• Evaluate current and develop new methodologies for better insight, analysis and reporting.
• Present research findings to management in an understandable manner.
• Work with external research agencies, evaluate costs and performance.
• Identify and share best practice (internal and external).
• Suggest, initiate, project manage and conclude our various Brand Management research projects in all markets.
• Communicate and present critical data, report summaries, market analysis and strategic recommendations to all levels of management.
Your profile as a Brand Insights Manager
You have a relevant University degree (or equal) in Market Research, Marketing Communications or Brand Management, with at least 4 years relevant work experience in a similar position.
Next to this you bring:
• Proven experience in marketing/branding in a complex corporate environment.
• Experience in Market research, methodologies and steering of external agencies
• Ability to run brand diagnosis and share insights with key internal stakeholders
• Experience working in international teams.
• Fluent English language.
Location
The location of this position is flexible within Sweden although Stockholm (Solna) is preferred.
