We are now looking for a Brand Lead to join the team on our future journey. As a part of our team your main responsibility is to support one or several Brands with all Construction and Facilities related activities, delivering a world class service in everything you do. You will act as the main point of contact for your brand/-s and drive their agenda forward, in store projects and facility service delivery as well as in various development projects. Key is to understand the overall portfolio strategy for each of your brand/-s, their unique DNA and expression and to provide support on any challenges and opportunities they are facing. The brand/-s business needs will be your guiding star to secure a great customer experience for each brand - always with the long-term perspective in mind.
You will collaborate closely with your brand/-s and coach and motivate the local teams to deliver projects and facility management services in an efficient way and within set KPIs; built upon the five dimensions cost, time, quality, compliance and sustainability. You will also need to closely collaborate with other central divisions to drive constant improvements and innovation at Group Expansion. With an open minded and objective approach, you will continuously seek to understand how Construction and Facilities can support the overall goals of Group Expansion, as well as the Brands, and add value to the process through collaborative networks, analysis and development projects.
You will be responsible for translating store concept designs and other brand requirements into tangible supporting documents for our local construction and facility management teams to utilize when developing, expanding and maintaining the store portfolio. You will also be responsible for reviewing business cases for various store projects and provide input to local construction and facility management teams on brand specific requirements, cost benchmarks and value engineering.
Your main stakeholders in this role will be: Brand Head of Growth, Brand Store Concept teams, Brand Sales & Operations Teams, other Brand Lead roles at Group Expansion, Group Construction and Facilities Market Partners and Specialists, Market/Regional Construction and Facility Management teams.
Qualifications
We are looking for people with experience from Facility Management, Construction and/or Real Estate, preferably within the retail industry, who wants to be a part of driving the success of H&M Group further. You have an overall understanding of the built environment, procurement and cost management together with a great interest in fashion and retail. You are an open-minded team player who enjoys working in an international environment and have the ability to handle multiple complex projects and challenges at the same time. We believe you to be brave in your way of working, you get energy from trying the unfamiliar with an agile mindset and always welcoming the unexpected. You are communicative person with a positive attitude, you take ownership of your work and always give it your best. We believe you have:
Minimum of 5 years working experience within the areas of Facility Management, Construction and/or Real Estate
Minimum a bachelor's degree within Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Business Administration
Good understanding about technical installations (such as HVAC, Fire Safety systems, electrical installations etc.), procurement, health & safety, facility or construction management techniques
Knowledge in MS Office, more specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and MS Teams
Flexible mindset and ability to easily adapt to a changing environment
Strong planning, organizing and collaboration skills
Leadership skills, the ability to grow others by challenging and developing their way of thinking and acting – instead of telling them what to do
Great communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English
Ability to travel

Additional Information
This is a permanent position based at our Head Office in central Stockholm, Sweden. The role will include international travels.
