The role
We offer a broad, developing and varied role for someone who are in the beginning of their career. As Brand Manager, you will work at the Global Brand &Portfolio department, which includes the Brands Santa Maria, Paulig Coffea, Poco Loco, Risenta and Gold & Green. Within the department is your team, Healthy World Food &Snacking, which today consists of three experienced Brand Managers and a marketing assistant. Together you work with the Brands Risenta and Asia and have a central function that is responsible for portfolio strategy/analysis, road maps, innovation, product development and communication with a focus on consumer and category insights in the international market.
The role as a Brand Manager, includes project management and together with the team you also have responsibility for the different parts of the portfolios. Each Brand Manager also has an assigned product responsibility. You work closely together to create profitable growth and develop our products, concepts and offerings. Your role is a mix of both strategic and operational tasks linked to product, assortment and communication. In practice, you will work with consumer insights and category analysis to identify opportunities and develop the marketing mix. You will be an important player for us as you partly will run your own projects and also support the other Brand Managers in various multifunctional projects related to assortment improvement, NPD, communication and activation concepts. The role is very dynamic and you will interact with many colleagues in the organization such as R&D, purchasing, finance, local markets and external agencies.
Your experience
We believe that you are in the beginning of your career. Maybe did you just finished your studies?
It is meritorious if you have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, perhaps as a Junior Brand Manager and/or as a marketing coordinator. It is also a meritorious if you have worked in the food and restaurant industry and/or within FMCG and have a great passion for food! If you have been involved in other non-profit organization/business, that is a big plus.
A requirement for the role is that you have either a university degree or a similar education, within Marketing and/or Economics. Since we are an international organization, it is important that you have good English knowledge in both speech and writing, it is meritorious if you also speak Swedish. You will work a lot in Excel and Powerpoint therefore it is also important that you are an experienced user of it. Furthermore, we would also like to see that you have a great interest in consumer marketing and analys data.
Who are you?

Since you have many different projects running at the same time, it is important that you have good planning skills and work well under pressure. We also see that you are a confident person who takes responsibility for your work.
Since the role involves contact with others, it is important that you like to collaborate with others and have strong social skills. Finally, it is important that you have a good analytical ability and can easy see the context and connection between activity and business benefit.
