MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.
We are looking for an experienced and self-going marketing professional who is passionate about delivering excellent brand experiences for AXE in the Nordics. This is a consultancy opportunity (Approximately 3 months) and you will be employed by MultiMind, working for our client Unilever. The role will mainly take ownership for planning and executing 360° campaigns, including media planning, asset creation and adaptation, and collaborating with our Trade Marketing Managers to ensure consistent brand articulation. Reporting to Nordic Brand Experience Lead, Beauty & Personal Care.

Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of brand plans in activation using global or regional assets and ensuring relevance in the local context.
When relevant, development of local communication assets with a focus on the target consumer.
Craft multi-channel media and partnership strategy
Brand Marketing Investments (BMI) management.
AXE Champion Nordics.
Build business partnerships with regional brand teams, Consumer Market Insights (CMI), Media, Digital Hub, People Data Centre (PDC) and Trade Marketing primarily.

Key Requirements
5+ years working experience within consumer brand marketing
University degree in Marketing, Business, or other relevant area
Detail oriented with excellent project management skills
Obsession with brands & consumers
Sense of aesthetics
Strong problem-solving skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken and in either Swedish, Finnish or Danish
