Job Description
As a Brand Marketing Lead you will together with the Brand Marketing & Operations Manager team lead the development of the brand marketing strategy, direction and seasonal campaigns based on consumer insights and business objectives. Proactively utilize consumer insights to steer direction and decision making. You also will have the responsible to lead strategic brand projects supporting our growth journey, analyze time plan, project plan and results to measure effectiveness of campaign/market activity. In this role you will work closely together with other functions within H&M Move, central marketing department at H&M and external partners to improve marketing deliverables throughout the marketing process.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief and on budget
Develop insights-driven activity strategies together with project resources
Ensure all project deliverables (strategies, concepts, content, etc) deliver on set goals and KPIs
Lead, inform, motivate, and align project team to deliver on shared goals
Empower and inspire team to challenge the status quo and create innovative solutions
Learn a lot, make an impact, have fun
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have strategic with a creative mind-set, driven and result oriented and can adapt to new and sometimes undefined conditions. You have great collaborative skills and can easily build strong relationships with other teams in our organizations, and you have the ability to organize, prioritize and plan.
In addition to matching the personal profile we also seek the following:
A university degree within marketing and/or brand communications.
Previous experience from project management
5+ years of experience within brand marketing and managing the full marketing mix, preferably for a sports/lifestyle brand
Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
A high analytical capacity – can easily translate data to insights and actions
A genuine passion for sport and fashion
Additional Information
This is a fulltime permanent position, starting as soon as possible and will be based in H&M Move´s head office in Stockholm. You will report to Brand Marketing & Operations Manager.
