Brand Marketing Leader

The Brand Marketing Leader defines and develops the overall branding strategy of FlexLink in line with the Corporate Identity and Design. He or she oversees further brand development including brand values, brand personality, brand voice, and internal communications. Also, he or she ensures that all relevant marketing assets are available, such as corporate presentations, sales presentations, brochures.
In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, planning, and creating new marketing assets such as product images or videos. The Brand Marketing Leader supports digital and print campaigns for global and local initiatives.
Main activities and responsibilities
Sharpen and develop the global branding strategy for FlexLink
Maintain and manage the company identity, design, and brand image
Manage the Digital Asset Management System and develop it to the next level
Support content marketing with the creation of videos, articles, and white papers
Create and proof-read management presentations and internal communications
Lead brand agencies and suppliers in the development of marketing assets
Provide ongoing marketing support for events including give-aways
Train employees on branding topics especially for the employer and product branding
Cooperate with HR on employer branding and internal communications

You will be based in FlexLink’s headquarter in Gothenburg.
This is you
To be successful in this role, we believe you have a Science in Marketing & Communication or Design studies alongside 5+ years relevant working experience in a global B2B marketing role with budget responsibility on the company or agency side. You also have:
Ability to create new networks within a global organization
Experience and strong ability to develop creative ideas and concepts
Good understanding of high-quality design
Energetic and positive team-player attitude
Manage communication and relationships on multiple levels
Think creatively and work independently

Required skills
Good skills in international project management & virtual collaboration (Teams, Monday)
Experience with formatting for digital marketing and media tools
MS Office & Adobe Creative Cloud such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Second language, written and spoken
