You get it, we partner with the most incredible studios shaping the future of the industry (Hazelight, Zoink Games, Silver Rain, …) to help develop the foundational brand, marketing and commercial strategies to bring their games in the hands of millions of players.
As the next Brand & Marketing Manager for EA Originals, your role will be a hybrid mix of brand management and marketing. From informing brand foundations with market and audience insights, to bringing together a cross-functional team of experts to craft ground-breaking player-facing marketing activation, you’ll be operating in a fast-paced environment where out of the box thinking is expected. You’ll be an essential team member reporting directly to the brand management lead based in Geneva (Switzerland).
Brand management
Help develop Brand milestone deliverables and presentations - from brand experience guide to ad-hoc business briefs
Support with audience and market insights - to guide design goals and priorities of our partner studios alongside the Brand Lead based off consumer and market insights
Be a specialist about EA's and competitions products within the product category.
Brand marketing
Develop and Execute Global Player-facing Marketing initiatives - Actively contributing shaping best-in-class total brand experiences across all our player touchpoints in-line with campaign goals and strategy
Ensure flawless execution of our marketing initiatives - Own and manage the day-to-day progress of creative assets development and deliverables across all channels, in close partnership with our production teams
Cross-Functional Channel management- Support with aligning and managing cross-functional channel experts collaboration through cohesive communication with up-to-date campaign document as sources of truth
Connect marketing activation with product and business deliverables- Organize and track campaign performance data; interpret to translate into actions.

Qualifications
2-3+ years of brand activation or marketing experience, in gaming a plus
Strong understanding of all areas of marketing to coordinate integrated omnichannel consumer-facing campaigns.
A natural collaborator - you'll enjoy making connections with lots of different people and teams to make things happen
Ability to execute effectively across a variety of projects at the same time.
Adept at managing up and in partnership with a complex matrix of partners across regions.
Ability to take direction, be solution-driven and manage priorities with self-sufficiency with remote team members.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or related field, or equivalent
