As Brand Marketing Manager for Novo Vita® you are offered an exciting possibility in an international and fast-growing company. You will be responsible for the growth and development of the brand and will be the contact person for the brand on the Swedish market. By doing this, you will strengthen brand awareness and increase sales.
Your responsibilities:
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, expense controls, revenue and setting individual sales targets.
• Design marketing strategies, go-to-market plans and set short-term goals.
• Testing new marketing opportunities to promote products and launching new products.
• Online and offline marketing: hands-on experience with content design for digital media, including SEM, display, social media, email, and affiliate channels.
• Follow up on goals within sales and brand awareness and reporting results to Management in Copenhagen.
• Developing your sales team and other relevant stakeholders and partners through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
• Analyze data and customer experience to understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Addressing customer service problems.
Your experience:
• Experience working with a sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach.
• 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role.
• Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use of analytical skills and create actions that leads to target fulfillment.
• Broad interest and knowledge within the health area.
Your qualifications:
• Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes.
• Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.
• Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences.
