Your role
As Brand Marketing Manager your responsibility is to support Samsung Nordic to achieve their mission to become the #1 tech and consumer electronics brand in the minds, hearts and lives of their consumers. You will initiate, manage and follow up brand marketing activities and 360 campaigns, including traditional and experiential activations. You will also support countries and divisions in brand market activities and brand management to ensure efficiency and consistency. Furthermore will you play an important role as POC between global/regional and Nordic divisions in related areas to ensure alignment to global/regional strategies. You will use external and internal data, analysis, consumer and market insights as well as brand trackers when developing and evaluating plans and activities. This role will require you to work cross-functionally and build your own teams and manage both external and internal stakeholders.
This is a parental substitute for 12 months, starting as soon as possible.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Develop corporate brand plans for SENA, based on HQ/RHQ brand strategies and plans and aligned to needs and priorities of Nordic business divisions.
- Develop, execute and follow up annual brand marketing plans and budget including KPIs.
- Be on top of consumer/market trends and insights, which impact and creates opportunities for Samsung brand growth.
- Provide support and recommendations to business divisions and countries in brand management and brand marketing.
Your qualifications
You likely have a university degree in marketing, communications, business or similar. You are fluent in English, knowledge of an additional Nordic language is an asset. You have an extensive professional experience within marketing, preferably within a global organisation. It is also seen as a plus if you have worked in a fast paced B2C environment and budget and reporting experience.
To succeed in this role, we belive that you have strong team and (self) leadership skills, you are structured and knows how to prioritize your work. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and you possess a confident and outgoing character.
