Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to Samsung in Kista.
The Brand Marketing Manager responsibility is to support Samsung Nordic to achieve their mission to become the #1 tech and consumer electronics brand in the minds, hearts and lives of their consumers. You do this by driving activities that increase brand preference, consideration, strengthen market position and support product sales.
Key Accountabilities:
• Develop corporate brand plans for SENA, based on HQ/RHQ brand strategies and plans and aligned to needs and priorities of Nordic business divisions.
• Be on top of consumer/market trends and insights, which impact and creates opportunities for Samsung brand growth.
• Develop, execute and follow up annual brand marketing plans and budget including KPIs. Ensure targets are met and ROI can be clearly demonstrated in all investments.
• Develop, execute and follow up brand marketing activities and 360 campaigns with the objective to drive upper funnel impact.
• Secure alignment with global and local strategies, plans and priorities and ensure ongoing support from global HQ, regional HQ and divisions.
• Provide support and recommendations to business divisions and countries in brand management and brand marketing.
• Agency and stakeholder management to secure strategy and execution.
Job Scope:
• Contribute to Nordic brand marketing plans in cooperation with teams in Corporate Marketing and other divisions
• Initiate, manage and follow up brand marketing activities and 360 campaigns, incl traditional and experiential activations.
• Initiate and manage needed resources in SENA required to deliver on the plans and activities set out.
• Support countries and divisions in brand market activities and brand management to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Be POC between global/regional and Nordic divisions in related areas to ensure alignment to global/regional strategies.
• Be POC between Corporate Brand Marketing Team and business division to secure input, stakeholders’ viewpoints in order to optimize full funnel optimization and ensure alignment between category marketing and brand marketing.
• Secure material for best practice presentations to create visibility.
• Use external and internal data, analysis, consumer and market insights as well as brand trackers when developing and evaluating plans and activities.
• Other projects and work tasks as needed by the organization.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. This is a parental substitute, starting as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2023-10-31.
