Would you like to be responsible for 3rd Party Collaborations that are aspirational, fun and loved by kids all over the globe?
Like when we launched a playful, gender-neutral collection for kids together with global fashion brand H&M, or when we teamed up with Sanrio to welcome Hello Kitty and Friends into the digital universe of Toca Life World, providing millions of players with new tools for self-expression. As Brand Partnership Manager for Toca Life, you'll not only identify potential brand collaborations, you'll also be the one to make sure they happen.
You’ll be part of a diverse and growing marketing team that consists of 26 experienced marketeers covering everything from performance marketing to designing assets and creatives that kids love.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager for Toca Life to identify potential partners that deliver on strategy. You’ll create best in class pitch decks that embody the Toca Life brand essence to get the partners onboard. The collaborations will leverage in-app features, be in tune with the audience, and have a clear business rationale.
You’ll pitch and plan integrated 3rd Party Collaborations that are anchored in the Toca Life marketing strategy, franchise strategy and brand DNA.
You’ll supervise the execution of collaborations to ensure that they deliver against agreement, this includes collaborating with content teams, proofreading copy, feedback on campaign material and so on.
You’ll consolidate reports of performance and results, assessing against key objectives and KPIs, including Brand & Campaign Evaluations.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Partnership Team and brand partners based in the US. This means you’ll have to be available for meetings outside typical working hours as well as be excited about traveling to the US approximately 2-4 times a year.
Is this you?
You have a few years experience within the field of marketing. This includes experience working with partnerships and/or 3rd Party Collaborations. You truly understand their value.
You’re a good project manager and enjoy driving marketing initiatives from start to finish, including the evaluation and learning from that. You’ll take those learnings and make sure things go even better the next time.
You have strong business acumen and a capability of assessing the collaboration with a holistic approach; brand, product, and fans.
You’re excited about working toward a kids target audience, driven by the fun and playful aspects whilst not shying away from the challenges. You believe in the power of play.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We apply a 6 months probationary period. As we’re an international company, with over 20 nationalities working here, and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
