We are now looking for a Brand & Product Marketing Manager. You will have a key role within the marketing team, leading the marketing briefs and setting the key priorities for the year based on brand and product opportunities. You will deliver integrated marketing strategies that drive visibility and create impact of key product & brand themes seasonally. Ensuring these key product and brand messages deliver against the long term brand vision and value proposition. This role is based in our Stockholm office, Sweden.
The role:
• Strategic planning of key brand and product moments/campaigns based on business and product priorities, ensuring a yearly, long-term marketing calendar is in place. Develop weekly/seasonal/annual calendars summarizing key activations across platforms.
• Lead the marketing brief process, working closely with the Director of Marketing & Head of Brand Activation to develop and approve briefs based on agreed tiers
• Partner with Brand Activation Manager to lead the weekly activity meeting, updating relevant documents, ensuring cross channel alignment with the upcoming calendar and actions from the status. Escalate any projects which are at risk
• Partner with merchandising/design teams to develop marketing briefs and objectives for each campaign based on commercial goals, creative inspiration, and regional requirements. Align all marketing teams (PR, Media, Social, CRM, Regional Teams) behind the brief through kick off meetings and ongoing project tracking. Collaboration with merch on product deliveries to maximize MarComms impact on business·
• Use wholesale experience to align campaigns with most suitable wholesale partners to maximize marketing and revenue impact
• Work with all marketing channels to develop asset briefs and requirements for creative teams before shoots, map assets against seasonal calendar to ensure alignment and consistency on brand story.
• Ensure every brief has agreed product, customer and brand goals, working closely with relevant management teams outside of marketing to obtain these, breaking into long term planning vs tactical short-term activations).
• Partner with customer engagement team on audience targets and CRM analysis. Identify segments for recruitment and retention into Acne.
• Set up campaign and project debrief meetings with all marketing and communication channel stakeholders to ensure each project is appropriately analysed and marketing objectives evaluated.

• Bachelor of arts degree
• Wholesale and brand experience
• Brand and product manager expertise and proven track record
• Self-driven team player with a flexible mindset and pragmatic approach
