In this position, you will report to: Head of Brand Project Management.


Let us describe the challenge we offer
The Brand Project Manager leads and executes key projects running across central, regional and market organizations. The team develops and coordinates business plans within Marketing & Communications as well as working on continuous improvement of organizational development.

As the Brand Project Lead, you are the driving force who executes cross-functional Marketing & Communication projects. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Brand Management to identify priorities and govern major projects that supports strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a team player who is known for their willingness of having an inclusive, collaborative perspective and will have experience of strategic project management in fields such as strategy, communication and marketing.  To be successful in this role, you have a high business acumen and you are capable of diving into details without losing sight of the holistic objective. In addition, you should have a solid understanding for strategy development and marketing operations.


What you will do
You will lead, plan and execute cross-functional projects across central, regions and markets and leverage data driven insights to develop strategies and recommendations that ensure optimal business outcome.   You will be a leading and driving force in the transformation to become a world-class marketing & communication team. For this position we see that you are having an interest and ability to travel.


Competence and experience are important, but personality and potential are key
We see that you have strong business judgment; strategic and analytical capabilities and are a creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. You have effective decision-making skills with proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, in a variety of contexts. In this role you must be curious, and service minded with an ability to turn recommendations into action and be able to see the big picture and transform strategic initiatives into operational execution.  You have strong communication and collaboration skills and comfortable in acting in a global matrix organization.


Experience
* BSc in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar (MSc preferably).
* Experience of working with senior executives.
* Proven record of accomplishment for successfully leading and executing cross-functional projects across Brand, Marketing and Communications, within a large and diverse regional spread.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills; thrives in highly collaborative projects, handles high stakes decisions with ease, and having the ability to navigate ambiguity.
* Ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and a variety of contexts.
* International working experience from US, Asia or large European markets.
* We are a global company, so you need to be proficient in English, verbally and written
