The primary responsibilities of the Brand Protection Specialist (“BPS”) is to advise the client on how to best utilise NetNames Brand Protection Service, manage processes connected to the BP services, and handle day to day communication regarding NetNames Brand Protection Services to a dedicated part of the Northern Europe Account Platform. Furthermore the BPS is responsible for managing the renewal of brand protection agreements. The BPS shall also assist the EAM in upselling and cross-selling BP services to a dedicated part of the Northern Europe Account Platform.
• Responsible for managing a dedicated part of Northern European Brand Protection Account Base.
• Attend weekly meetings with Head of BP to ensure monthly target achievement /evaluation of status of BP accounts and discussion of BP opportunities.
• In cooperation with Enterprise Account Manager (s):
• Qualify Brand Protection Upsell opportunities within the dedicated account base
• Carry out cross-sell activities to a dedicated part of the Northern Europe account platform.
• Carry out proposal drafting, and face to face meetings in connection with up-selling and contract renewal.
• Attend face to face meetings with BP clients to add insight and provide expert advice regarding the NetNames brand protection service and how this service can best be utilised by the client.
