Job Description
As a Brand Specialist for Snowdrop you have a big part in shaping the global brand and driving a successful ambassador and internal partnership program for our Snowdrop engine - translating them into communication tactics, producing marketing deliverables, generating brand awareness and a successful ambassador program.
Snowdrop is a game-agnostic engine developed to be a future-proof piece of technology. The engine is used for a vast variety of projects spread across Ubisoft, from games like Mario Rabbids: Kingdom Battle to Tom Clancy’s: The Division 2, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, and our Star Wars Project.
Your role is to build brand awareness, run a successful ambassador program, develop the go-to-market and post launch live campaigns, and work with different stakeholders to lead the cross-functional teams in the execution of those plans. You are responsible for delivering against a range of KPIs to drive awareness and consideration. You will work independently but in close collaboration with other internal teams and stakeholders across Massive and Ubisoft.

Responsibilities
Research and monitor market trends to identify exposure opportunities and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, brand awareness and competitor activity
NextGen Marketing - develop high impact marketing campaigns that use new and innovative marketing techniques such as lead generation, lead nurturing, digital and social media marketing.
Measure and report on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
Pitch concepts (and showcase their value and purpose) + validate, discuss, and refine them with interdependent teams
Oversee and adapt the asset creation for advertisements, promotional materials, CRM, etc. Plan, order and deliver all Brand Merchandise. Ensure that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand values
Plan and execute internal events in order to strengthen collaboration, knowledge sharing, and Snowdrop community (for example, annual Snowdrop Summit).
Plan and execute an effective ambassador program to build the Snowdrop community in Ubisoft globally.
Successfully collaborate with multiple global teams including managers, developers, brand specialists to build a brand around all games and features connected to the engine.
In collaboration with the Communication Director build marketing strategy including consumer insights, situational analysis, and competitive insights to develop and implement strategies that resonate with the target market and engine vision.
Work with the Communication Director to create and deliver a marketing budget that enable the engine brand vision.
Qualifications
You as a person
As a person, you have the ability to collaborate with many different stakeholders from different teams and disciplines but can also work independently and self-sufficiently. You should have an education in marketing and/or communication, and since you will be driving bigger projects independently, some project management experience is good to have.
Besides the above we’re looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:
· Fluency in English, both written and spoken
· Knowledge in working with Microsoft Office and Adobe PhotoShop
· Some experience in working with Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
· It’s an advantage but not a requirement to have experience from the entertainment industry and/or previous work with game engines or tech
