About us:
Swedish Nutra is the Nordic’s leading supplement manufacturer, specializing in high-quality supplements, based in the heart of Malmö.
Responsibilities:
Led the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies through global activations to drive results across all marketing funnel stages.
Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts in partnerships, communications, research & insights, product marketing, and data science to ensure alignment in strategy, activations, messaging, and measurement.
Establish KPIs and benchmarks, track performance, conduct root cause analysis, and drive solutions to close performance gaps.
Spearhead the internationalization of marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and usage in key markets, considering regional nuances and specific market needs.
Lead the reporting and analysis of marketing initiatives to identify the most efficient drivers of awareness and usage, optimizing strategies across various channels.
Influence global product marketing strategies based on data-driven consumer insights.
Localize and translate overall brand strategies for critical target markets, including international activation and execution.
Plan, launch, and support execution across all marketing touchpoints in collaboration with in-house creative, PR, and merchandising teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing/brand building within tech, media, entertainment companies, or social/media agencies.
Experience in leading global communication strategies and insights-led marketing plans for international brands.
Proven track record in developing brand activations across multiple channels, tracking performance, implementing optimizations, and introducing innovative approaches as needed.
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, build initiatives from the ground up, and rally cross-functional teams behind a shared vision.
Deep understanding and experience with creator culture, having led successful creator initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, thriving amidst ambiguity while ensuring executional excellence.
Strong project management skills to maintain regular contact and collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring full transparency.
Experience executing traffic-driving marketing and retail programming for new branded retail locations.
Ability to identify and suggest internal process enhancements, technology, or enablement opportunities.
Experience managing marketing activations within budget parameters.
Be a hands-on professional; know how to navigate our tools such as Shopify, Trello, Birdy, Hotjar, TikTok and more.
Who You Are:
Agency experience and/or agency management experience preferred.
Proven ability to develop and communicate brand and marketing strategies to senior management.
Strong ability to lead and manage overlapping projects, priorities, and complex workstreams in a matrixed organization.
Passionate and knowledgeable about the luxury CPG space, particularly the home and tabletop industry.
Positive, solutions-driven mindset with a willingness to confidently propose thoughtful, creative ideas for internal and external improvements.
Empathetic curiosity towards the evolving luxury customer.
