To succeed as a Business Manager, we believe you have: Experience in working in an Ingka business in any of the markets, Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills are a must together with proven record of developing people and organizations.
A university degree in business administration or similar. Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in a multinational organisation and/or managerial experience from running operation.
And, of course, you share and live the IKEA culture and values and have a genuine interest in home furnishing. You act honestly in accordance with moral and ethical principles.
Your responsibilities
As a Business Integration Manager – Group BRC, you will be the primary lead to ensure that risk based ways of working are integrated into business processes. As a member of the BRC MT you will be part of leading and managing the function and monitor the performance and effectiveness of Ingka Business Risk and Compliance frameworks and practices across the value chain of Ingka Business.
Amongst many tasks you will:
· Actively contribute to the design, execution, and follow-up of Ingka’s Business Risk & Compliance agenda.
· Be overall responsible to lead and develop the Business Risk & Compliance Matrix for countries and group functions to secure integration with the business agenda, continuous improvement and achievement of business goals and objectives. Inspire a risk and compliance performance mind-set, raise risk awareness, and promote a risk mindset, based on anchored goals and clear direction for the function.
· Lead the integration of Business Risk & Compliance as part of the business strategies, projects and initiatives in line with business needs throughout the Ingka business.
· Be responsible to provide support for securing the right competence and knowledge in the BRC team including the BR&C Country Matrix, by facilitating learning activities and competence networks.
· In close collaboration with Centres of Expertise and the countries, lead the movement towards standardised and automated ways of working to promote efficiency and effectiveness throughout the Ingka organisation.
· Lead and develop leaders and teams in the Business Integration Team in order to secure an efficient, professional and high performing organisation with identified talents for the needs of today and tomorrow.
· Actively contribute with input and insights in the implementation of the Business Risk & Compliance strategy Action Plan and strategic and tactical objectives to secure a common and integrated view on Business Risk & Compliance priorities.
· Ensure and maintain a great cooperation with all stakeholders
This position is placed in Malmö, Sweden and you will report to the Group Business Risk & Compliance Manager for Ingka.
