STØTT Top of Helgeland (Støtt Brygge) is located at the island Støtt in the north of Helgeland in northern Norway. Here we can offer local seafood in our restaurant, accommodation in manorial surroundings at the old trading post in addition to a museum. We offer a wide range of nature based activities in cooperation with local operators.

The restaurant Gammelbutikken has traditionally been the islands main room and has interior based on the local coastal culture. You will be served the best of what the island has to offer of local seafood. We follow the value chain from the fish is caught in the sea to it is served on the table. We have high quality requirements and our main focus is to be the best seafood restaurant in the region.

Due to the fact that we now have a significant growth and increasing orders we look for an assistant chef breakfast/lunch

BREAKFAST AND LUNCH CHEF FOR THE SUMMER SEASON
We are looking for an assistant chef who has experience form the restaurant business. The assistant chef will report to the Head Chef.

Working tasks:
- Prepare breakfast and seafood lunch based on a fixed menu
- Tiding up and cleaning in the kitchen
- Some serving in the restaurant can also be including in this position

Qualifications:
- Education and experience are preferred for this position. Training will be given
- Must be fluent in English.
- Quality oriented, customer oriented and service minded
- Positive and willing to learn
- Can work under stress and with people from different cultures.
