Key Responsibilities of Breakfast Chef:
• Sets up breakfast and lunch stations, ensuring proper amounts are in place for forecasted demands and according to the Senior Chef’s instructions and ensures proper service presentation
• Maintains buffet breakfast and assists guest with requests
• Ensures sufficient supply for next day’s breakfast and plans for it
Requirements of Breakfast Chef:
• A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment
• A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality breakfast experience and customer care.
