Work responsibilities
As Breakfast & Lunch Supervisor (together with your BLS collegue) you are responsible for delivering exceptional high-end guest service experiences together with your team. The role includes working in service, building a strong relationship with other departments to ensure a flawless guest experience for all our guests from beginning to end, you function as the main liaison between our guests, waiters and kitchen brigade. Your role requires you to ensure staff are working together as a team to ensure extraordinary service delivery

Working hours and days of the week vary and you report to our Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Background and personal characteristics
You are an organized team player who thrives to motivate and inspire your team to meet all guests with a fantastic welcome and deliver exceptional service. In addition,

• You have 3 years experience working in an high end restaurant and/or hotel
• Preferably, but not necessarily, you are working in a similar position today
• Structure and good organizational skills are required
• Service is your passion and you have a genuine interest in food and beverage
• Able to communicate verbally in Swedish and English, additional languages is a plus
