We need your help in our brewery OMAKA. We are a small restaurant and micro-brewery in the heart of Stockholm. Our goal is to work together as a team to explore new perspectives on beer. OMAKA is a platform for experiments and unexpected collaborations. We ignore rules and styles to put the taste first. Taste before Style!
As a brewer at OMAKA you are part of the entire brewing process. We are looking for someone that is self-sufficient in their work, solution-oriented and has an ambition to contribute to the development of our brewery. This role can offer great opportunities if you have the competence and ambition to be part of our future development.
The brewery works closely with the restaurant, and we all work as a team.
The working hours are flexible and vary according to production.
Background & experience
- completed degree in beer production
- minimum of two years' experience of brewing work
- fluent in Swedish or English
- preferably technical skills and understanding
Personal qualities
We are looking for a person who is committed to maintaining high quality and improving processes. We need a fast learner who is attentive to routines and can effectively communicate with other production staff and management. We would like to find a person with a genuine interest in beer that always strives for high quality and excellent taste.

Your application
For this position, we do not need a personal letter, you apply instead simply by answering a few short selection questions and attaching your CV. If you meet the requirements, you will also have to do two selection tests that are sent to your email. These must be completed in order for you to be involved in the recruitment process.

Why do we use selection tests?
To evaluate the candidates who meet the basic requirements as objectively as possible, we use Alva Lab's selection tests. This allows us to find candidates with the greatest potential of fitting in and thriving in the role.
Final candidates will, after their approval, be subject to a background check.
